18 Creative Halloween Pasta Salads For An Easy Dinner

Surprising your family/guests with Halloween dinner is a nice part of your holiday, but in addition to decorating your house and yard, you have to decorate the meals to appear spooky. And that’s surely difficult as it takes time and effort. The first solution for this problem is decorating the dinning room with a suitable table setting, and the second is preparing some easy meals, appetizers, salads or snacks that look spooky. You may also try a spooky Halloween buffet, or dessert buffet, but we will get to that in another topic.
Today’s topic is Halloween pasta salad in spooky themes. Something that is quick and easy to prepare for your Halloween dinner.

As we see in the photos, most decorations depend on the pasta color, and some touches in the topping, the vegetables or the sauce. There are nearly four or five pasta colors that you can easily find in the markets. Yellow, orange, black and green are the main colors of pasta depending on what it is made of to meet the nutrition needs of all customers. If you are lucky you may find more color options online or in some stores; like red, black and white, orange and black, purple, etc.
All these colors will make a perfect Halloween pasta salad. I added one photo and kept the copyright on it. That one showing black bow tie pasta, mixed with black and orange ones. It looked really perfect for Halloween, and I hope I can find it online to prepare it in my Halloween dinner.

What if you don’t have time to hit the market or that you can’t find varieties? Use the common pasta! It is easy to decorate your Halloween pasta salad with pumpkins, black olives, sea shells, sweet potatoes, etc..
Use anything that suits Halloween or the fall season. Add plastic spiders and draw eyes and faces with cream cheese, olives, red bell peppers and tomato pieces. Carve cucumber slices into jack-o-lantern face. Use food coloring to make sauces and soak your Halloween pasta salad in it for a few hours before serving. Cut hard boiled eggs into halves and draw scary faces with ketchup to look like blood. cut vegetables and carve them into scary faces and put some beanstalks or asparagus in decorative arrangement.

I hope you like the ideas, and I will try to find pasta varieties and post you the links to buy them online. Please leave a comment telling us which type of pasta salad you like and if you are going to try the idea for Halloween or not.
