The smoothie’s taste is very delicious due to using mixed berries and fruits, which totally hides the spinach and kale taste for a really amazing, filling and nutritious snack. The recipe is used for detox and weight loss diets.

Ingredients:

1 big banana.
½ green apple.
½ pear.
1 cup of spinach leaves.
1 kale leaf.
1 cup of mixed berries.
1 cup of water or crushed ice.

Preparation:

Mix the green leaves with water in the blender until they are juiced then add other ingredients and process on high speed. Serve the smoothie at once.
